PART 11 – ELECTIONS

Procedure

      54  (1)     Elections of officers, deacons, coordinators and members of committees shall take
                     place at the semi-annual meeting.

             (2)     After the nominating committee has presented its candidate(s) for a position,
                     nominations shall be accepted from the floor of the meeting. 

            (3)     Where there are two or more candidates for a specific position:
                     (a)     the election shall be by secret ballot; and
                     (b)     the candidate with the most votes shall be declared elected.
