PART 16 – THE SEAL
68 (1) The bylaws of the Congregation may
be made, amended or repealed only by
special resolution of the Members.
(2) Any resolution to make, amend or repeal
these bylaws may be amended by the
Members at the meeting at which it is being considered.
Recommendations by the board of deacons
69 Recommendations to make, amend or repeal
the bylaws shall normally be made to a
general meeting by the board of deacons.
Member proposals
70 (1) A Member may make a proposal to
make, repeal or amend these bylaws.
(2) Provisions relating to the handling of a Member proposal are
set out in the Act.
