PART 8 – THE EXECUTIVE
Composition
45 The executive shall consist of the officers as provided in subsection 34(a).
Duties and powers
46 (1) The executive shall:
(a) act on behalf of the board of deacons between its
meetings with respect to
urgent matters;
(c) meet when necessary to attend to urgent matters
when it is not feasible for a
quorum of the board of deacons to meet; and
(b) report its actions to the board of deacons.
(2) The quorum for a meeting of the executive shall be three officers.
(3) The executive may consult with any of
the deacons or with any member of the
pastoral staff to assist in its deliberations.
