Nutana Park Mennonite Church
Education Wing Roof Fundraising Silent Auction
February 20-27, 2022

PURPOSE:  To raise funds to reduce the $100,000 debt remaining on replacement of the Education Wing roof.  The total cost of the project is $250,000.  The Reserve Fund, 2021 Surplus and donations to date have made up the difference.  Thank you to everyone who has donated so far!
 
AUCTION RULES:
Bidding is open to NPMC members and non-members. Items are available for viewing on the website beginning on February 18. Bidding begins after church on Sunday, February 20 and closes at 1 pm on Sunday, February 27.  Bids may be made in person in the Education Wing or by contacting Gwen in the church office, Tuesday through Friday, 1 - 5 pm.  Minimum bid increments are $10. Updates on the status of the bids will be posted on the website, Tuesday to Friday afternoons. Payment and pick up of items to be arranged in a timely manner after closing of the auction.  
CANADA REVENUE AGENCY RULES:
Donation receipts will be issued for amounts above fair market value.
